Welcome to my website!
I am a Ph.D. candidate in economics in Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
My research empirically investigates the relationship between global capital flows and international trade both for developed and developing countries. I am particularly interested in investigating the correlation and causal relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and international trade and evaluating how the relationship varies across developed and developing countries. My current research theoretically and empirically examines the impact of bilateral investment treaties (BITs) on the extensive and intensive margins of exports.
I am on the job market in Fall 2016 and will be available for interviews at the ASSA meeting in Chicago on January 6-8, 2017.
